Shipping information

Products purchased through the Site will be subject to the shipping and delivery conditions chosen by the User and available on the Site. The information on the shipping location is the exclusive responsibility of the User. The deadlines chosen for dispatch and delivery are counted from when First Try Technology and Design S.A.C. validates the purchase order and the payment method used, considering business days for compliance with said deadline. If there is any problem with the order, we will inform you via email or telephone (which were provided by the user at the time of registration of your purchase) to send this information to the user and confirm the new delivery date. Example of cases that may affect delivery times: Sales item out of stock, reasons of force majeure (health-safety restrictions, natural disaster, strikes), etc.

firsttryperformance.com ships nationwide (Peru), covering Lima and regions, and abroad.

This cost includes a maximum of one delivery attempt. If we have not been able to complete the delivery of the order for reasons attributable to the customer (for example, wrong address or not located at the registered address), the order will be returned to the First Try facilities and we will contact the user to coordinate a new visit.

Upon receipt of the product, the user must present the original ID if required by the parcel service. If the user is not at their address, the person authorized to receive the product must present their ID. When the User receives the product, they must check that the box or bag containing it is sealed and without signs of previous opening. If you detect this, you should not receive the product and should immediately contact firsttry.mp@gmail.com. If the product is received in good condition and complete, the User will sign the guide (if required), thus confirming the delivery. After acceptance of the product and documentary signature, the User will not be able to file a claim for damage to the product or missing items, only claims for warranty issues or any described within the Return and Exchange Policy will be attended to.

Shipping within Greater Lima (Lima Metropolitana y Callao)

Standard: Shipments are processed the next business day after receiving the order and payment confirmation. Shipping will be made within 24 hours after the order is processed or the next business day. Delivery time is between 11am and 9pm, from Monday to Saturday.

Express: Shipments are processed the same day the order and payment confirmation are received, and are sent the same business day if the purchase is made before 11am. The delivery range is from 3pm to 6pm for same day delivery. Otherwise they will be sent the next business day. Deliveries are from Monday to Saturday.

Standard: Shipments are processed the next business day after receiving the order and payment confirmation. Shipping will be made within 24 hours after the order is processed or the next business day. Delivery time between 2-5 business days.

International shipping

Express shipping (Courier: DHL Express)

North America and Latin America: 2-4 business days

Transit time will depend on customs review, and may take 24 to 48 hours longer than the estimated time. Allow extra days for remote locations. In case the shipping address is in a remote location, the Site will contact the User and a remote location fee will be applied.

Taxes, duties, customs costs, and other costs related to the importation and nationalization of the products are not included.
